Cedar Bluff Hotel

There was someone working the desk even though we checked in after midnight. There was a security guard also stationed in the lobby area.

Very clean and quiet room.

Everything about the stay was amazing! Right from the start where we were contacted by Brandon, who reached out the day before our arrival to make sure he understood everything we needed and to get it all set up for when we arrived. He was amazing and quick to pick up on our needs. This was a very positive initial contact with the property and not something that happens very often. It set the tone for the rest of our stay there. Elijah and Mae were also very helpful and pleasant at the front desk, and were very good at fielding my questions and assisting me. The property itself was also superior and clean. It was very spacious and bright, and the breakfast was also above average. We will definitely be including this Hampton Inn West at Cedar Bluff in Knoxville on our future trips down south.
